High-quality tooling is the foundation for consistent and repeatable composite manufacturing. At EM Fiberglas, tooling is developed with a strong focus on dimensional accuracy, durability, surface quality, and long-term production efficiency.
By involving our team early in the development phase, tooling can be optimized for the chosen manufacturing process, production volume, and final application requirements. Careful consideration is given to geometry, split lines, tolerances, surface finish, and ease of production handling.
