Expertise and Technology Behind Efficient Tooling

From the initial concept to full-scale production, our engineers and material specialists work closely with customers throughout the entire process. This close collaboration ensures optimized solutions with a strong focus on precision, durability, and production efficiency.
Our extensive experience in mould manufacturing and composite component production enables us to develop tooling solutions that create both technical and commercial value.

Specialists in High-Volume Production

We specialize in both rigid and semi-flexible backing moulds and have extensive expertise in tooling for high-volume production. Today, we supply advanced tooling solutions to some of the largest and most demanding companies in the market.

1) You send us your 3D model

Everything starts with your design. Whether you already have a complete 3D model or just a prototype idea, we review it together. We look at what the part needs to do, check the details, and make small adjustments if necessary. Our goal is to make sure the design is ready for a smooth and successful production.

2) We create a “plug” – the first physical shape

Before we can make the actual moulds, we produce a plug, which is essentially a full-size model of your part. The plug is what we use to create the moulds that your final product will be formed in.

If your part must look perfect on both sides, we make a two-part plug to ensure the best possible surface and accuracy.

3) We build the moulds

Using the plug, we create strong and durable moulds made from thick fiberglass. These moulds must be extremely stable, so every part we produce comes out identical and precise.

From one plug, we can make anything from a single mould to large batches, depending on your needs.

4) We produce your composite part

With the moulds ready, we manufacture your part using a controlled vacuum infusion process. This gives the finished product high strength, consistent quality, and a smooth, refined surface.

We also apply a gel coat—your part’s final outer layer—which can be made in any color you choose. If your part requires a smooth finish on both the inside and outside, we use a special split mould to ensure a perfect result.

5) We finish and assemble the final product

Once the part is taken out of the mould, we complete the final touches according to your specifications. This can include polishing, sealing, trimming, or other surface treatments.

If your product consists of several components, we can also assemble them for you, delivering a ready-to-use final solution.
