At EM-Fiberglas, we offer a wide range of production technologies for composite components and structural elements — from traditional hand lay-up processes to advanced RTM and RIM manufacturing. Together with our customers, we select the optimal combination of materials, molding, and production methods to ensure the best possible result for every project.

Our production facilities cover more than 17,000 m² and are designed to handle both small and large-scale production with consistent quality and efficiency. Over the years, we have automated many stages of the manufacturing process, integrating robotics and fully automated CNC machining to improve precision, repeatability, and production speed.

We also operate a dedicated 2,000 m² painting facility, allowing us to deliver high-quality surface finishing as an integrated part of the production process.
